FAT BOYS FISHING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Fat Boys Fishing will not accept any liability relating to loss or damage to persons or their effects no matter how caused, during any fishing trip.
2. Alcohol is not allowed on the boat at any time.
3. Any person [in the opinion of the guide] who is acting in an unsafe manner, or is deemed to be unsafe and could place the safety of the boat or it’s passengers in danger will not be allowed on board. If a passenger breaks this condition during the trip, the trip will end immediately and the person or people involved will be put ashore at the nearest safe place. No refunds will be given.
4. Buoyancy aids are available, and should be worn at all times.
5. A 50% deposit is required to secure any trip. The remainder is required 14 days prior to the trip.
6. Trips that are cancelled by the customer more than 28 days prior to the trip date may be rearranged for a date convenient to the customer and to Fat Boys Fishing. No refund will be given.
7. Trips cancelled by the customer less than 28 days prior to the trip date, may be rearranged only at the discretion of Fat Boys Fishing. No refund will be given.
8. All anglers must provide proof, [have in their possession] of a valid Environment Agency rod license. The trip will not take place unless this is provided.
9. All fish caught must be released.
10. Please respect the wildlife and the environment, all litter to be collected and disposed of thoughtfully.
